Re-Treatment Policy

If a re-infestation occurs within 30 days of the initial treatment, we will retreat your family at no additional cost.

 

To qualify for our 30-day lice-free guarantee, all members of the household (including split-households) must have received a Head Check from Lice Rescue, LLC (may not include fathers or those with no hair,) and, if necessary, had received professional treatment by our technicians.

The post-treatment plan that is emailed to each client will need to be followed and given at least 3 weeks to prevent re-infestation.
