Booking, Deposits, and Estimates

If you request Services, you may be required to pay a deposit to reserve an appointment. Unless otherwise stated at the time of booking, deposits are applied toward the total cost of services.

Any pricing shown on the Website (including “starting at” pricing) is a general estimate. Final pricing is confirmed after an in-home assessment and before treatment begins, based on factors such as hair length, hair type/texture, thickness, severity of infestation, detangling time required, follow-up services, and other practical service requirements.

Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Shows

Cancellation and rescheduling policies may vary depending on scheduling availability and travel requirements. The Company will communicate applicable cancellation/rescheduling terms at the time of booking or within your confirmation message. You agree to follow those terms.

Lice-Free Guarantee and Re-Treatment Policy

If the Website references a “guarantee” or re-treatment coverage, it applies only as described in the Re-Treatment Policy posted on the Website. The Company may require eligibility conditions to be met (for example, household screening and adherence to post-treatment guidance) to determine whether re-treatment applies.

No guarantee or policy applies outside the terms published in the Re-Treatment Policy.

User Submissions and Forms

If you submit information through Website forms (including contact forms, intake forms, or anonymous notification tools), you agree that:

the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and
you have the right to provide it (including providing contact information for yourself).
